What to expect: Immersive daily rhythm

Begin your day with a sunrise safari, walk, or gentle yoga flow followed by a healthy and delicious breakfast. Then, we’ll dive into the day’s curriculum.

Each day’s curriculum — inspired by our three pillars (Inner Wisdom, Nature Wisdom, Collective Wisdom) — invites creative pause. Our workshops will push you to look beyond your perceived limitations and ignite the leader within.
Oh, and did we mention: a delicious & healthy midday lunch? Yum!

Take the time to explore our stunning natural setting while integrating and activating the day’s learnings. Enjoy a peaceful massage, quiet time to journal, or take a guided walk along the river or through the protected native landscape.

We gather to close out each day over a family-style dinner, sharing reflections, asking big questions, and laughing lots. Choose to head to bed or stay up late for a sundowner safari and cocktails. The Maasai Mara stars will guide us out of one day and into the next.

Principle & Leadership Coach
Katy is the magician who has co-designed The Murmuration Collective curriculum to blend substance with spaciousness for ultimate impact. A CTI, Disruption Advisors, and ICF-certified professional coach, Katy has nearly twenty-five years’ experience in communication, adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, experiential education, and improvisation.
As a practical optimist who bridges vision and execution and a super geek who fortifies intellect with play, Katy helps clients broaden their perspectives, clarify their thinking, design and iterate solutions, and ultimately become who they want to be in work and in life.
