In my decade-plus of coaching, I’ve been helping women overcome societal “shoulds” to embody a fearlessly authentic self. And, I’ve learned that for many women, the journey of self-discovery is best embarked upon collectively.
In 2019, I founded The Murmuration Collective to host a home for women’s ascensions. I can’t wait to accompany you on the journey ahead.

Lucy is the dynamic force behind The Murmuration Collective, infusing every aspect of the community with her boundless energy and passion for growth. With a background spanning continents and cultures (she’s called Amsterdam, Moscow, Tokyo and now Portland, Oregon home), Lucy brings an expansive perspective to her role as a founder, facilitator, and leadership/career coach.
Described by her clients as astute, fun-loving, endlessly supportive, and a fan of the occasional-to-frequent expletive, Lucy creates a welcoming environment where women can explore their potential and discover their true passions. Through her coaching and facilitation, she helps clients unlock their full potential, navigate transitions, and cultivate meaningful connections.
With over fifteen years of experience in advertising and brand management for global brands and over a decade in the role of professional certified coach and facilitator, she brings a wealth of expertise to The Murmuration Collective. Lucy's core mission: to inspire women to embrace their strengths, step into their power, and create positive change in their lives and communities.

A CTI, Disruption Advisors, and ICF-certified professional coach, Katy has nearly twenty five years’ experience in communication, adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, experiential education, and improvisation. As a practical optimist who bridges vision and execution and a super geek who fortifies intellect with play, Katy is passionate about helping clients broaden their perspectives, clarify their thinking, design and iterate solutions, and ultimately become who they want to be in work and in life.
Katy supports people fiercely and engages courageously with a core of calm. Clients have described her as dedicated, dynamic, insightful, honest, and kind.

Esti's expertise lies in dynamic content creation, strategy, and video production, seamlessly integrating these talents into comprehensive social media strategies with a strong emphasis on community management. Growing up as a third culture kid (she’s lived in Warsaw, Vienna, London, Bristol, Minnesota, New York, and now, Puerto Rico) Esti believes community can be intentionally created anywhere.Her background as a seasoned freelance actor and teaching artist enriches her creative perspective, providing a comprehensive understanding of storytelling and audience engagement. Working on sets both in front and behind the camera, Esti has found a passion for video direction and editing. Together with her husband, Esti runs the media company "Carabela Media," where clients appreciate her versatility and knack for spinning ideas into beautiful and compelling stories.
Esti’s mission: to empower people to seamlessly share their authentic narratives through beautiful and cohesive storytelling.

Her career spans leadership roles at premier luxury hospitality brands, where she developed deep expertise in luxury and wellness operations, sales & marketing strategy, and guest experience design.Her company, Meliora, meaning "better things, always better" in Latin is a comprehensive ecosystem supporting the wellness hospitality industry, providing specialized services for wellness travel companies and conscious travelers seeking authentic transformation.
Courtney's self-described "gypsy soul" has taken her across continents, with extended living experiences from Hawaii, California and Tennessee, to Ireland and India.Her commitment to authentic wellness practice is reflected in her advanced training in Mindfulness, Yoga, and Breathwork, leading retreats, and teaching at her home studio in Crested Butte.
Mission: to champion heart-centered, sustainable approaches to wellness hospitality that benefit both people and the planet, fostering collaborative communities where shared values amplify collective impact.

Jennie Vinson is the Director of Engagement with the Murmuration Collective. She designs bespoke salons and events that spark conversations, help women explore their passions and create a positive impact in their work, their family and their community.
Jennie couples her warm, approachable style, with a no-BS, get it done attitude. She has over 20 years of experience in brand, digital and community-based marketing with organizations including the American
Cancer Society, Burgerville, and Sodexo. Her passion lies in bringing women together both for fun as well as for action, telling great stories, and leading and developing people and teams. She is a committed learner, curious and always up for a good time.
She is a mom, wife, sister, daughter, friend and breast cancer survivor.
Jennie’s mission: to live authentically and boldly, guided by principles of kindness, curiosity, and continuous growth. I work to positively impact the lives of those around me through creative expression, fostering meaningful connection, and contributing to the well-being of both my local and global community."

Maria Hess leads the AWS Venture Platform team and is an early-stage product builder, investor, and startup advisor, leveraging over 20 years of experience to bring consumer and business software products to market. Before joining AWS, she was a Partner at Madrona Venture Group’s studio, MVL, building and investing in multiple startups each year. She’s been on the founding teams of three startups with two exits; and she’s led product, GTM, and growth in big tech--Google, Amazon, and Expedia.
