Important Details & FAQ’s

  • An Immersive is a transformative retreat experience offered by The Murmuration Collective, designed to facilitate personal growth, leadership development, and meaningful connections within a supportive community. Each Immersive is led by a team of TMC’s certified coaches and uses our signature, research-backed curriculum.

  • You can choose the Immersive that best aligns with your goals, interests, and schedule. Each Immersive offers a unique curriculum and location, allowing you to select the one that resonates most with you.

Still need help deciding? Our team is happy to support your selection of the best-fit Immersive for your needs. Send us an email at connect@themurmurationcollective.com.

  • The Kenya Immersive unfolds in the majestic Maasai Mara at Collection in the Wild, Wild Villas, where participants embark on a transformative journey amidst the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant wildlife of this iconic African safari destination.

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their travel to and from the Kenya Immersive location, starting with international flights to Nairobi, Kenya. We strongly recommend you book your internal Kenya travel with Collection In The Wild's preferred local travel company, Bush & Beyond. Mention in your introductory email exchange with Bush & Beyond that you are a part of The Murmuration Collective's Immersive, and you will receive our special rates.

Once in Nairobi, you'll be met by the Bush & Beyond guest experience representatives, who will guide you through customs and baggage claim before heading to the local Wilson Airport. There, you'll catch an Air Kenya regional flight to the Maasai Mara, where Collection In The Wild's team will be waiting to welcome you.

We recommend arriving in Nairobi at least one day prior to the start of the Immersive to allow for any unexpected delays and ensure a smooth transition to the Mara. Bush & Beyond's team is available to assist with transportation planning and can provide guidance on flight options and connections. Additionally, Lucy, our TMC Founder, knows travel in Kenya very well and is available to support your initial planning.
