  • An Immersive is a transformative retreat experience offered by The Murmuration Collective, designed to facilitate personal growth, leadership development, and meaningful connections within a supportive community. Each Immersive is led by a team of TMC’s certified coaches and uses our signature, research-backed curriculum.

  • You can choose the Immersive that best aligns with your goals, interests, and schedule. Each Immersive offers a unique curriculum and location, allowing you to select the one that resonates most with you.

  • The Spain Immersive unfolds amidst the serene landscapes of Trujillo, at the enchanting Viña del Cura estate, otherwise known as Casa de Gracia (Gracia’s House). Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and lush meadows, it provides a tranquil setting for deep reflection and personal growth.

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their travel to and from our Spain Immersive location: Casa Catalina, 10210, Madroñera, Spain.

    Please find directions for transportation below and feel free to reach out with any additional questions:

    By plane: To get to Trujillo, Spain, you would typically fly into Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport (MAD), which is the nearest major international airport. From there, you can take a bus or hire a car to Trujillo. Train is not recommended.

    You can also fly to Seville or Lisbon although the ride is longer.

    By Bus from Madrid: To travel by bus from Madrid, you can take a direct bus operated by Avanza. The journey takes approximately 3 hours depending on traffic and specific bus schedules. You can check the bus schedule and purchase tickets online through the Avanza website or at the bus station in Madrid. The bus will depart from Madrid's main bus station, Estación Sur de Autobuses (also known as Méndez Álvaro), and arrive at Trujillo's bus station.

    By car from Madrid: You can rent a car with any major car rental company from the airport. To find a car hire service with a driver, search online for car private transportation services that offer chauffeur-driven options. Websites like Rentalcars.com, Cabify, or Blacklane allow you to compare different options, check availability, and book in advance. You can specify your pick-up location as Madrid Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport) and your destination as Madroñera, Spain. Postcode 10210.

    The ride is about 2 and a half hours from Madrid to Trujillo.

  • We do our best to make the Immersive experience as seamless as possible, including minimizing additional costs during your stay.

    Please note: all travel and transfer fees are the sole responsibilIty of the participant.

    • Six-month personal development experience launched at our 4-day, 3-night retreat

    • 6, monthly cohort coaching zoom calls to hold you accountable for creating your “what’s next.”

    • All catering, snacks and beverages on-site

    • All taxes and fees

    • All materials and supplies

    Not included:

    • One local dinner out in Trujillo

    • Wine tasting cost & bottle purchases

    • Massage(s)

  • Check-in begins between Noon-3:30 pm on the first day of the Immersive, with activities kicking off at 4 pm. Participants can schedule their departure based on their travel plans anytime the morning or afternoon of check-out day.

  • After the Immersive, participants benefit from continued support through our TMC follow-up resources, such as six curricular-designed monthly cohort calls, coaching opportunities, community forums, and a tight-knit network of women, ensuring that the transformational journey extends beyond the retreat.

  • Participants should pack comfortable clothing suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities, including yoga sessions and nature excursions. Additionally, essentials such as toiletries, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle are recommended. We will share a full suggested packing list one month prior to departure.

  • Yes, participants have the option to share a room with a friend or choose from a variety of room options available at the retreat location, accommodating different preferences and budgets. To book a room with double occupancy, please send us an email at connect@themurmurationcollective.com

  • Yes, we accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and meat-free options. Our catering team ensures that meals are delicious, nutritious, and inclusive for all participants.

  • Yes, participants have the opportunity to schedule 1:1 coaching sessions with experienced coaches during the Immersive, providing personalized support and guidance tailored to their individual needs and goals.

  • Many employers recognize the value of professional development opportunities like our Immersive retreats and may offer reimbursement or sponsorship. We recommend consulting with your employer's HR department or professional development budget to explore potential funding options. For supporting materials to present to your employer, click here.

  • We know that life happens. All retreat bookings are refundable up to two months before your retreat, with the exception of your $1000 USD non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. If you’re unable to attend your Murmuration Immersive Retreat and it is within two months of your retreat, your payment can be redirected to another retreat, assuming that:

    (A) We have space in a later date, and

    (B) We’re able to fill the spot that you’ve canceled.

  • While travel insurance is not required, it is recommended to protect your investment and provide coverage for unexpected circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
