Important Details & FAQ’s

  • The Immersive will take place at Blue Lake Ranch in Hesperus, Colorado, a serene and picturesque destination just minutes from Durango. Blue Lake Ranch is a boutique property nestled on a private estate with breathtaking views of the La Plata Mountains. Located at an elevation of approximately 7,000 feet, the ranch offers a peaceful escape with elegant accommodations featuring fireplaces, private patios, and modern amenities.

  • Travel arrangements to and from the retreat are on your own. If you plan to fly, we recommend booking your flight into Durango-La Plata County Airport (DRO), which is approximately 40 minutes from Blue Lake Ranch. For any questions or concerns about travel logistics, please contact Floyd Pierce (Floyd@boettcherfoundation.org) or Jackie Yelton (Jackie@boettcherfoundation.org).

  • Your fee covers the exclusive four-day Immersive at Blue Lake Ranch in Durango, Colorado (April 27–April 30, 2026), a six-month virtual program with monthly touchpoints for personal and professional growth, and a three-night private hotel stay at Blue Lake Ranch. All meals during the retreat are included, along with full-day Murmuration facilitation featuring movement and grounding each morning, curated experiences and opportunities for regional exploration, and lifetime connection to the greater Murmuration Collective Community.

Please note that transportation to and from the retreat is not included in the fee.

  • After the Retreat, participants benefit from continued support through our TMC follow-up resources, such as six curricular-designed monthly cohort calls, coaching opportunities, community forums, and a tight-knit network of women, ensuring that the transformational journey extends beyond the retreat.

  • Late April in Hesperus, Colorado can bring widely varying weather conditions, from mild spring temperatures to snowstorms. We recommend packing layers, including warm outerwear, and casual attire for indoor sessions. Some of the lodging is located in separate cabins and casitas across the property, so we also recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes and rain or snow gear. Please check the local weather forecast before your trip to ensure you are prepared for any conditions.

  • Menus will be shared closer to the event date. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please include that information on your registration form. For updates or changes, contact Floyd Pierce (Floyd@boettcherfoundation.org) or Jackie Yelton (Jackie@boettcherfoundation.org).

  • Blue Lake Ranch offers a variety of comparable accommodations, including exclusive rooms, casitas, and shared cabins. Each guest will have their own room and bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

  • The deposit of $500 required to hold your spot is fully refundable until February 1, 2026, and the remaining balance of $2,500 will be due on that date. After February 1, all payments are non-refundable. Payment plans are available upon request. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If the event is full when you attempt to register, please contact Floyd Pierce (Floyd@boettcherfoundation.org) or Jackie Yelton (Jackie@boettcherfoundation.org).

  • While travel insurance is not required, it is recommended to protect your investment and provide coverage for unexpected circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
