Reset & Recharge Retreat: Daily Rhythm
The Reset & Recharge Retreat is designed as a yearly recalibration. It is intentionally lighter on curriculum than our signature Immersive, while still grounding you in a TMC cohort led by Lucy.
Day 1 is intentional. We gather as a cohort in the evening and Lucy leads you through an opening that sets the container for the retreat and introduces the women you'll be moving through this experience with. This is where you arrive not as individuals, but as a collective. No agenda. Just presence and connection.
Daily Intention Setting & Inner Work. Each morning, you begin with guided intention-setting led by Lucy. This isn't surface-level stuff. We're talking about real inner work. Getting quiet enough to hear what's actually calling you, what you're really carrying, and what you want to release. This is the TMC DNA woven throughout the retreat. You’re slowing down to create space for clarity.
Your Days Are Yours (With Structure). You choose from Rancho La Puerta’s world-class offerings. Their fitness program led by expert instructors features more than 40 classes per day, including yoga, HIIT, water workouts, nature walks and wellness classes. You decide what your body and mind need, we provide the world-class amenities.
Night 3: The Cooking Class. We gather for an intimate cooking experience. This isn't just a class. It's a moment of creativity and nourishment together, a chance to make something beautiful with intention. (This is included with your retreat.)
Your Wellness Moment: The Spa Treatment. A massage designed to help your nervous system integrate everything the retreat has opened up. It's not a perk you might squeeze in if you have time. It's a built-in part of the experience. (This is included with your retreat.)
Evening Reflection. Each evening closes with guided reflection with Lucy to help you integrate what the day has surfaced.
After the Retreat, you’ll stay connected through three monthly, one-hour community calls with your cohort and Lucy to support your integration and protect the energy you’ve cultivated.
