An Immersive is a transformative retreat experience offered by The Murmuration Collective, designed to facilitate personal growth, leadership development, and meaningful connections within a supportive community. Each Immersive is led by a team of TMC’s certified coaches and uses our signature, research-backed curriculum.

The Montana Immersive takes place at the Rocking R Guesthouse, nestled near Flathead Lake in Polson, Montana. It offers stunning natural surroundings and a peaceful environment for reflection and growth.

Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements to and from the Immersive location. The nearest airports are Missoula (MSO) and Kalispell (FCS), and our team can assist with transportation planning.

We do our best to make the Immersive experience as seamless as possible, including minimizing additional costs during your stay.

Please note: all travel and transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.

Check-in begins between Noon-3:30 pm on the first day of the Immersive, with activities kicking off at 4 pm. Participants may depart at anytime on the morning of the final day, based on their individual travel plans.

Participants should pack comfortable clothing suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities, including yoga sessions and nature excursions. Additionally, essentials such as toiletries, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle are recommended. We will share a more detailed packing list one month from departure time.

Yes, participants have the option to share a room with a friend or choose from a variety of room options available at the retreat location, accommodating different preferences and budgets.

Yes, we accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and meat-free options. Our catering team ensures that meals are delicious, nutritious, and inclusive for all participants.

Yes, participants have the opportunity to schedule 1:1 coaching sessions with experienced coaches during the Immersive, providing personalized support and guidance tailored to their individual needs and goals.

We know that life happens. All Immersive bookings are refundable up to two months before your retreat, with the exception of your $1,000 USD non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

If you’re on a payment plan, the same cancellation rules apply: all payments made up to the cancellation date are subject to the same terms outlined below.

If you’re unable to attend your Murmuration Immersive Retreat and it is within two months of your retreat, your payment can be redirected to another retreat if:

(A) We have space in a later date, and

(B) We’re able to fill the spot that you’ve canceled.

If we cannot fill your canceled spot, we will refund you 50% of your total fee, excluding your $1,000 non-refundable deposit.

Illness or Emergency Clause

In the case of documented medical emergencies or significant unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

*TMC reserves the right to cancel any retreat if full occupancy (8 participants) is not met. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. A decision will be made 4 weeks prior to the Immersive start date.

To ensure the Immersive experience is the right fit, every participant will have a 1:1 onboarding call with TMC. If we determine during this call that the Immersive is not the best opportunity for you at this time, we will issue a full refund (minus any applicable credit card service fees).

While travel insurance is not required, it is recommended to protect your investment and provide coverage for unexpected circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
