Our Virtual Career and Leadership Coaching Cohorts bring together a curated group of women in business for a 6-week guided curriculum experience blending peer learning, collaboration, and individualized coaching. See below for our next cohort offering.
Through confidential, industry-relevant collaboration and connection, we’ll explore what truly serves each of us, building actionable growth plans and the confidence to create what’s next in our careers.
This program blends the cohort community model from our signature Immersives with our career coaching expertise in an accessible, virtual format. We will meet 2x a month, with self-guided exploration and tools for implementation in between each session.

Every Session's Overarching Benefit: Community & Connection
Many female leaders lack a trusted community of like-minded women navigating career realities—women they can turn to without fear of competition, confidentiality breaches, or professional risk.
That’s why our Virtual Career and Leadership Coaching Cohorts are intentionally designed to foster honest, supportive collaboration. We will try to ensure no more than one participant per agency or corporation, creating a space where you can share openly, seek advice, and receive peer coaching without hesitation.
Each session includes a 30-minute opportunity for sharing, feedback, and peer support, following a structured career coaching exercise.
Sample Curricular design:
To be adapted based on the group's needs and desires, as gleaned from the participants' intake forms. We will design the session with the following topics in consideration:
Session 1: Cohort Connection & Goal Setting
Session 2-4 Topic Considerations:
- Navigating Challenging Teammates and Senior Leaders 
- Overcoming Self-Limiting Beliefs (i.e. Imposter Syndrome) 
- Questioning Career Choices 
- Personal Brand Exploration 
- Honing Your Leadership Acumen 
- Preparing Successfully For Intentional Conversation 
Session 5: TMC Virtual Round Table With Special Panel of Distinguished TMC Guests
- Inspiring women who will share their career journeys, offering candid insights, hard-earned lessons, and practical guidance to help you advance with clarity, purpose, and confidence. 
Session 6: Getting Into Action For Your What's Next
